Two Finger Spacer & One Finger Spacer

 There is nothing more frustrating to a teacher than having the students squeeze the letters and words together when writing. 

As a Kindergarten teacher, I always told my students to put "two finger spaces" between letters and words, which had limited success. 

Then came my "Ah-Ha" moment!  Why not make a spacer that is two fingers that the students will recognize, but is flat and does not have to be picked up from the paper.  After creating a size that was easy to hold and work with, I added as many utilities as would fit onto the spacer:

The SPACERS come in two "spacing" sizes, (refer to pictures):

           TWO FINGER SPACER  ~  generally for Kindergarten, larger space.

     ONE FINGER SPACER   ~  generally for 1st -3rd, smaller space.
